• Provide your order number, photographs of defects/problem and a description of the issue.

• Our team will review your request and inform you of further instructions.

Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, Sosa Kicks reserves the right to reject refunds/exchanges/replacements that don't meet our conditions.
